Understanding the complexity and definition of teacher voice is essential for the well-being of all educators. Participants will be provided with an active learning session to explore the concept of teacher voice, based on more than 40 years of research and field work conducted by the Quaglia Institute for School Voice & Aspirations (QISVA). Participants will discuss the importance of their own voice in the context of the teaching profession while exploring strategies and implementation resources to support and enhance teacher voice in schools. The ultimate goal is to amplify and leverage teacher voice to positively affect the teaching and learning environment and support all members of the school community in reaching their aspirations.
