2022 Kansas MTSS Symposium

Journey with one school district’s instructional coaches as they facilitated the process of identifying, collecting, analyzing, and acting upon Behavior Social Emotional Learning (BSEL) data. Consider how the path to identifying and collecting each component of the ABCS (Attendance, Behavior, Course Grades, and Screener) data led to a cohesive opportunity for building leadership teams to analyze and act upon that data. Though we encountered both successes and barriers, each excursion promoted learning opportunities for our staff members and ultimately our students as we travel this road to addressing the state board outcome for social-emotional learning. In this session, we hope not only to share our roadmap but also to learn from each other’s adventures.
